Our STONIC, the product’s strength in term of repetition (depends upon the site practice, requirements of concrete finish, the quality of the mould release oil and the maintenance, handling and storage practices) is about 50% more as compared to ordinary Film Face Shuttering plywood available in market. Extra compression during the hot press process leads to better nailing and screw holding properties. The load bearing capacity is also enhanced due to extra compression. It is manufactured by selecting quality completely dried veneers impregnated with latest developed BWP grade resin for longer life and better performance in all applications. A overlay of high quality scratch resistant and water resistant impregnated paper gives a smooth and high gloss top and bottom surface.

STONIC is a maintenance-free panel for different concrete formwork uses for example system shuttering, girder formwork and regeneration panels. It can also be used as a multipurpose, maintenance-free formwork panel for various other uses.

We provide a most suitable solution for them is all birch shuttering plywood, this is made my imported Birch veneers treated with Phenolic resin with a impregnated paper overlay GSM ranges between 60 260. Smooth in finish, normally three times higher in strength like tensíle and load bearing capacity. Light in weight around 26kgs, of one sheet of 32 Sq. ft. easy to handle, easy to machining and minimum repetition range between 50-80 cycles. Due to its minimel thickness variation it is easily fitted with the formwork profile and gives lo lasting performance.
